At Agilite Israel, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a straightforward return process to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or tactical use.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a tracked shipping service for security.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
